If there's one thing we're already sure of, it's that Nashville knows how to throw a party! But boy, did the city show up for the NFL Draft this past week. That combined with the other events held that weekend were projected to bring in a total of around 350,000 people... HA! That's cute. We ended up breaking an NFL record with a whopping 600,000 in attendance! From our Broadway bird nest, we saw people packed shoulder to shoulder from the riverfront to Bridgestone Arena for the first round picks.

All the hustle and bustle outside made its way into the store as well. We enjoyed meeting lots of Draft-goers from across the country and seeing everyone sport their NASH gear on the streets!
Speaking of streets, we introduced our first official Street Team for Draft weekend! You may have seen them in person handing out coupons and spreading the word or on our Instagram stories rocking NASH in the crowd.
Some fun facts about this year's NFL Draft in Nashville:
2. In true Nashville fashion, the stage featured its own house band - the first time this has happened at any Draft!
3. The 2019 NFL Draft was one of the largest sporting events in the history of the State of Tennessee.
4. Part of the subtle decor changes made to downtown were the cool NFL traffic light covers! (pictured below)
Overall, NFL Draft weekend was absolutely crazy but in the best of ways! We had a blast and can't wait to see what Nashville gets to host next as one of the fastest growing cities in the US!
