If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale and clearance merchandise, accessories, jewelry, hats, gift cards, any item marked “Final Sale”.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, please indicate your requested exchange with your return. Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Please package your return securely and include your order number or packing slip.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
